GROUP FITNESS CLASSES

The Extreme Family Group Fitness Program is an assortment of multiple fitness classes with varying degrees of difficulty levels. We have an amazing list of classes that also includes the Les Mills and Zumba classes. All our instructors are certified in their respective classes and can give even more advice after classes on how to reach your fitness goals. We suggest following our class guide to be able to see all that is offered and the available times so that you can attend classes.

Full Class Description

BODY ATTACK

A high-energy fitness class with moves that combine athletic movements like running, lunging, and jumping with strength exercises such as push-ups and squats. Great for all levels from the casual runner to athlete. Our instructors will teach with low options and demonstrate high options for those interested in taking their workout up a notch! Benefits: Improve cardiovascular health & agility and tone & strength.

A martial-arts inspired full-body workout that fuels cardio fitness and leaves you feeling empowered. It’s entirely non-contact, and there are no complicated moves to master. Benefits: tone &  strengthen, build endurance, and self-confidence.

Step into a BODYVIVE™ 3.1 class, and you’ll tick off a complete workout. The challenging mix of lunges, squats, running, and tubing exercises will help you burn calories and take your fitness to the next level.

A dance fitness cardio class that feels like a party! Move, groove, and shake it to hot songs and even hotter dance moves…no dance experience required! Benefits: tone, shape, and build coordination.

A dance class with a smashing mix of hip-hop and pop! This class is structured to offer an intense cardiovascular workout, in addition to teaching students basic hip-hop movements and technique. Benefits: tone, shape, and build coordination.

KICK BOXING

We will use punches and basic kicks to burn up to 700 calories while we tone, shape, increase strength, and build endurance. All levels of experience are invited to workout in this class.

Sh’Bam is a fun-loving and insanely addictive dance workout. Your instructor will guide you through simple (yet sassy) dance moves, all set to a party playlist. Benefits: tone, shape, and build coordination.

High energy, indoor cycling class open to any fitness level that’s sure to get you sweating and feeling good! There’s a combination of climbs, flats, and sprints. P90x Live is a group-focused total-body strength and cardio class that incorporates proven principles from personal training and functional strength coaching. A physical and mental practice that will transform your mind and body. Classes will take place in the Yoga Center to give members an opportunity to preview the yoga Program’s offerings. Benefits: improve joint flexibility, range of motion, and enhance well-being.

VINYASA YOGA

This class puts a twist on the traditional flow of yoga that you’re used to. Cardio, strength training, and flexibility are all incorporated into this workout. Vinyasa Yoga offers softer flow and longer postural holds that will stretch and strengthen your entire body. In Vinyasa yoga classes, students coordinate movement with breath to flow from one pose to the next.
